Proverbs 31:10 A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Striving to become the woman God designed me to be.
I know, isn't it pitiful when you will pay for snow after growing up in Michigan??? But I would do the same thing right about now too!! lol I so want my kids to experience sledding and snowball fights and all that good stuff. But it was even funnier when Olivia and I were talking the other day and I told her it isn't so much fun when you have clean off the car in the morning with a broom and wait for it to defrost. And she had the most puzzled look on her face and said "why would you have to wait for the car to defrost, can you just push the ice off??" lol "uh no honey, in Michigan it gets very cold and the ice and snow stick to everything and you have to wait for it to melt!!" lol to weird how they haven't a clue!!
So do you recommend it? Or is it totally not worth it? I've never heard of it and I've lived in this area my entire life. I would love for my children (and myself) to experience snow.
(I actually have expereinced snow...three times. Once in 4th grade, once in 8th grade, and once on a trip to Wyoming! But that would be it!)
Married for 12 years with eight children- 5 here on earth and 3 precious babies in heaven. We're a military homeschooling family who enjoy moving around, seeing new places and meeting new people. We currently reside among the cornfields of Iowa.

Snow....ahhhhhh....get it away :) Thankfully ours is all gone for the moment. It can stay away for all I care :)
Pay to play in the snow? What a foreign land you live in...
Our snow melted before Christmas and yesterday was our first snowfall since! The boys are so excited to go sledding again.
