I was sent this cool email of pictures from the past of Michigan. I wanted to share with those of you also from Michigan. It is so weird to imagine the town I grew up in to look the way it did way back in the 1800s, but it is so cool. So have a look for yourself and enjoy!

How interesting to look back at how Houghton used to be! I never even knew that a boat took out the old bridge, lol. I'm going to pass this on to a few people - thanks for posting it!

Wow, that was so cool. We used to live on State Street so it was cool seeing that picture of State Street.

This is really interesting. I live in Detroit now, so it was really fun to see some of the older pictures of Detroit and other places!
