I figured out what it is with the neighbor. He has facial hair. Looks 10 years younger if you ask me. Got a moustache and goatee going on. Glad I don't have to wonder about it anymore!

- Married for 12 years with eight children- 5 here on earth and 3 precious babies in heaven. We're a military homeschooling family who enjoy moving around, seeing new places and meeting new people. We currently reside among the cornfields of Iowa.
