A 2008 Suburban! We were really outgrowing our van (the trip to Michigan proved it). It was also on its last leg. It had been a great vehicle for almost 6 years but it was time to get something bigger- with more people space and cargo space. And it had begun to leak oil (which was only one of the minor problems with it...there were other things that would soon need attention). It is still weird to me to have it- its huge and I am kinda freaked out driving it! But boy is it nice! The kids LOVE it! We're enjoying the XM radio and every time we get in it (which hasn't been often, we really need to conserve on gas now) we discover something new! Oh, maybe its so exciting because our van was so basic- no power anything!

I am sooooo jealous! How purdy! Okay, I should not admit that since it is not the best quality for a Christian woman.

We have been talking about getting a Suburban as well since our family might get bigger and we are already feeling the pinch of traveling with three kids, two dogs and lots of stuff!

Congrats!!!

I told Jeremiah earlier that I bet it was a new van.

Well, I'm glad somebody else said it first. "We're jealous." Well, more Todd than me. Congrats!!

Hey! You beat us to it! =) Pete and I were both eyeing up the new Suburbans and I think that's going to be our next vehicle....whenever the van dies. =) Very cool.... Congrats!

Awesome! I love my 'Burban, too. They are sooooo much better than vans!

WOW! It's the big brother to our truck! We love our truck, even though the payment is the icky part...lol. Is yours Dark Blue like ours? And Nick wants to know what model it is? LT? What options did you get with it? And the XM radio thing is the best thing ever~especially for road trips!! Take advantage of the OnStar phone too--you get 30 mins free and when we hooked it up we bought an additional 100 for $14...now we can hook up our cell phone to it (Verizon only I think for now). It makes us feel so much better with crappy weather to have that phone system in the truck.
Congrat's! Our truck is not even a year old yet and the new smell is still there and we still get the WOW looks!
