What Next?

I am floored. A few days ago I was told by a friend about this but not until I read the article did I really almost just break down weeping. What is wrong with this world? Four simple words- mom, dad, husband, and wife. Simple words that hold so much meaning. And now they are being banned from California schools? We as a nation who believe in the FAMILY the way GOD designed it really need to begin falling to our knees in prayer for this sick world. We need to take a stand against this filth. I don't know about you, but I will stand up for my rights, be it in a California school or my own home. These words- Mom, Dad, Husband and Wife will always be an important part of our vocabulary. What about yours?

Ruth Bell Graham said that if God doesn't punish America soon that he will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.

I am completly blown away by this...Nick & I both. Don't get me wrong, I am more liberal than Nick on certain subjects, but I do not see where this benefits anyone.

The most troubling thing I read was "his signature also ordered public schools to allow boys to use girls restrooms and locker rooms, and vice versa, if they choose."

Ummmmm...WHAT? I do NOT agree with this. It's called privacy. Who is going to monitor the boys going into the girls bathrooms? As a victim of child molestation (by a male teenage babysitter), I have a HUGE problem with this.

Arnold is such a moron. I don't understand how he was elected nor is still in office. But then again, my home state voted for Jesse Ventura as govenor a few years back--I didn't vote for him, I was out of state at college.

All I can say is that I am befuddled. I snagged this article for my blog post today. Thanks for sharing it, I wish you did not have to.

Angie, I couldn't believe that either...how is it even RIGHT to allow a boy into a girls bathroom and vice versa? Such a sick, perverse society.

All I have to say is if they start pulling that crap with my daughter in her school, I wont hesitate to pull her out!!!!!

it is crazy, they are trying to "protect" non-traditional families at the expense of traditional families. Life is to confusing for children already. I don't see how this is a benefit to all.

I am in total shock. I can not believe they are doing this. I would definetly be homeschooling if we lived in CA. I'm sure glad I don't live there anymore.
BOYS in GIRLS bathrooms/lockerooms!!! Are you kidding me?!!

I have heard whisperings of this a while ago. I totally agree with Dr. Dobson who has been telling Christian parents in CA to get their kids out of the public schools NOW!!

If you read the actual bill, it doesn't talk about any of these things. It just takes a discrimination bill and adds "sexual preference" along with things like race, religion, etc. The things that world net daily reported on could have the potential to happen with the new bill, but aren't likely, and I imagine that the governor wasn't thinking in these terms when he signed the bill.
