How incredible, Jamie. Praying that all goes well.

We had a home visit - 2 I think - when Matt came to live with us. They were nerve racking! I was just afraid they would see the dust under the couch and beds and ask my questions that I didn't want to answer! I was so glad when they were over. It was MUCH easier than I thought it was going to be!

Don't stress over it, they just want to see you as a real family and what life is like everyday for you guys. :)

I suppose with you having a degree in social work you should know what to expect though! :)

Jaime,
I'll be praying all goes well with the home study and the adoption. I've enjoyed seeing the pics of your kids- they are beautiful

I've been wanting to comment on your last few posts but my computer keeps bogging down so I'll throw it all in here. Wow on the home visit...things are moving right along for you!

Circuses make me sad...I always feel kinda sorry for the animals...ditto for zoos. But looks as tho you guys had a great time out.....that's good!

We don't have any 4th of July parades in our area either...well a few towns away I think there might be but not here...Memorial Day and Labor Day parades are big tho. I'm with you....I miss the good ol' 4th of July Parade!
