'The Revelation'

The other night Princess and I ran out to the store. When we were leaving she commented on the weather and I began to tell her how it was weird all over- that there were tornadoes in states an snow and ice in others. She then told me, "Maybe its the revelation", apparently meaning the end times. Ah, my girl you are so smart!

My revelation? Subway is my new best friend! I am quite addicted to it lately...I imagine I'll be wanting to stop there a lot on our trip. At least its healthier than many other places!

She's pretty observant! :)

I love Subway too! I would eat there daily if I could afford it! I always get the baby spinach on my sub instead of the lettuce. Yum!

Hi Jamie, I read your blog frequently and thought I would say hello...yes I remember (as you asked way back in my blog)...but I really can't remember how...volleyball, and Keweenaw's finest seem to come into mind.

I ate tons of subway in the last months of my pregnancy...I worked right across from a subway and me and another pregnant girl would waddle our way over there every day....lol.

My son has been wanting subway a lot lately. A couple of months ago was the first time that I let him watch the person make the sub and after we left he said "mom, why were you ordering that guy around so much"(me telling the guy what I wanted on the sub...lol).

Chad used to offer up Subway as a place to eat, and it wasn't until recently that I wanted to go. For some reason the whole $5 footlong special has me thinking its a better deal. I still just prefer the wheat bread over the "fancier" kinds.

Right now -- the $5 foot long subways can't be beat!! We have a Subway in Knoxville too. LOL

I replied to your question on the IOWA home school yahoo group -- Knoxville is a long way from Ankeny.. but if you happen to drive through... just know there will be a Subway there for you. =)

I'm going to subscribe to your blog, so I can follow along with your new experiences in Iowa. I was born and raised here... so it will be fun to see Iowa through fresh eyes.
