- Married for 12 years with eight children- 5 here on earth and 3 precious babies in heaven. We're a military homeschooling family who enjoy moving around, seeing new places and meeting new people. We currently reside among the cornfields of Iowa.

We have a sea of windmills in every direction from our town. In fact, Sweetwater is the wind capital of the U.S. and we have a lot of extra people in town employed on erecting them. It sure is helping our economy.
We have those everywhere here too. You know the wind can be kicking here in ND.
We are getting more windmills here in MI. There is a windmill farm near my mom's house. they are neat.
It looks like old farm machinery is a popular lawn ornament.
