poor baby

Sweet Pea has been pretty fussy since Sunday. I feel terrible for her and wish I knew what was wrong. Maybe I'm eating something that's giving her a tummy ache? I just want my little girl to be happy again!!! Thankfully we're just about done with school for the day...I'm tired! It's a perfect afternoon to cuddle with SP!

Sorry to hear she has been fussy for you. I know that can be exhausting for you. Couple things came to my mind. First that 6 week mark every baby seems to hit w/ colic. Second maybe she's still hungry and not getting enough to eat. Maybe try feeding her some more, she may be going through a growth spurt. Third did you try mylicon drops for gas. Some people swear they work, but for me they seemed to never work for my kids. I know you have three kids before, you should know what your doing. Just thought I would mention it. Baby Girl went through that too at 6 weeks. I though it was the colic. But someone mentioned to me about feeding her more. I thought that couldn't be it. she was eating like 4 oz. I decided one time she was fussy just after an hour of eating 4 oz. to give her another 4 oz bottle and she ate 3 oz of it. It seemed to work. She must of been going through a growth spurt and needed to eat more. Try that, feed her some more to see if it works. Sincerely nurse Kim...lol

The first thing I thought was "it is about time for growth spirt"
I remember both of mine being fussy at about that age AND both of mine had colic! Don't you wish they came with a little running screen that would tell you what is wrong:)

There was a commercial for either formula or baby food a while back. The babies all had little symbols lighting up on their foreheads telling parents what they "needed". It would be creepy in real life, but sure useful!
